At Redefine Mental Health & Wellness, we provide expert care in ADHD testing, diagnosis, and treatment. Our assessment includes an in-depth mental and physical health assessment, screening questionnaires, observation, and computerized neuropsychological testing through Creyos. We also assess for other mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and/or bipolar disorder. 

 

After testing is completed, the diagnostic report will be reviewed and treatment options presented. Treatment consists of therapy and/or medication options specifically targeted to manage ADHD challenges in a variety of settings.

This assessment is covered by most insurance plans. Your possible out of pocket costs will depend on your plan policies. If no insurance is used the cost for this assessment will be billed at $525.

**Please note that ALL ADHD initial assessments must be completed in-person. 

 

This assessment is specific to ADHD. It does not diagnose autism, learning disabilities, or other cognitive disorders.
