We're a small clinic in Hastings, and we intend to stay one. We're not hiring at this moment — but we will be, and we'd rather know who you are before then. We also provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists who work elsewhere.
Working here
We have no open positions right now. We'd rather tell you that plainly than collect applications for jobs that don't exist. But we expect to be hiring in the not-too-distant future — so if this sounds like the kind of place you'd want to be, write to us anyway.
What it's actually like: three clinicians, one building, and everybody knows every patient's name. Psychiatry, therapy, and TMS under one roof means the prescriber and the therapist genuinely talk to each other — which sounds obvious and almost never happens.
We use feedback-informed treatment, which means we measure whether the work is helping rather than assuming it. That's a different kind of accountability than most places ask for, and it's not for everyone. If it appeals to you, that tells us something.

Clinical supervision
Bernie Menge, MA, LMFT, is licensed to provide supervision for pre-licensed MFTs and LPCs in Minnesota — and he supervises clinicians who work at other practices, not only our own.
If you're accruing hours toward licensure, you already know how hard it is to find a supervisor who's available, who takes it seriously, and who isn't just signing a form at the end of the month. That's the gap this fills.
You don't have to work here
Supervision is available to pre-licensed clinicians at other agencies and practices. Your employment stays where it is.
